Money, Accounts, and the Ledger

MoneyCQ’s numbers are ledger-derived: nothing is invented, nothing is hidden. Every cent is traceable from the transaction that created it.

What it is

The Money screen is your financial dashboard: everyday and savings accounts, the transaction ledger, the budget planner, and your net worth.

What it does

  • Posts every transaction — salary, tax, retirement, bills, purchases, transfers — to the ledger.
  • Shows the money log with real categories (groceries, transport, utilities and more).
  • Derives net worth from actual assets, debts, and locked retirement balances.
  • Formats money in the region’s currency conventions.

How to use it

  1. Open the Money screen to see accounts and the ledger.
  2. Use the weekly summary card on home for the ‘what moved the needle’ view.
  3. Review the ledger when you want to know exactly where a dollar went.

Good to know

In Classroom mode, teachers can review every student’s ledger and command history from one screen.
