What it is
The weekly flow is the heart of the game: money in, money out, and choices in between. The weekly summary on the home screen tells you exactly what moved your Cash Quotient.
What it does
- Posts salary as gross pay, then tax withheld and retirement contributions as separate ledger lines.
- Charges weekly living costs — groceries, transport, utilities, phone, internet, subscriptions.
- Presents events and decisions: work opportunities, breakdowns, family moments, chaos.
- Recalculates your CQ and net worth at the end of the week.
How to use it
- Read the weekly summary card — the number that moved and why.
- Check the money log for the real categories behind every line.
- Make your decisions for the week (or accept the defaults).
- Advance to the next week and repeat — 104 weeks total.
Good to know
Game years are 13 weeks, so children can reach school age inside your life. In Classroom and Family modes, a teacher or parent can pause the game or freeze transactions at any time.
